Further delays in release date of PEAR 1.4.0a1

The past week has been very exciting for my quartet's career. We returned from Round Top, TX where we recorded Brahms's Clarinet Quintet with Hakan Rosengren, and then performed Beethoven's Grosse Fuge Op. 133 in a lecture in Lincoln Center's Rose Studio put on by Bruce Adolphe of the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center. Now, tomorrow we drive to Massachusetts to play a concert.

In between all of these performances, I somehow ran completely out of time to do any productive work. I have advanced on implementing post-install scripts for the web installer (I had an hour while doing laundry), but somehow 6-8 hours of coding time I was expecting to have didn't materialize. Once I complete post-install scripts for the Web frontend, and port the CLI changes to the Gtk frontend, it will be possible to release 1.4.0a1. This will be very soon, I promise!
