Hi,
for the php release cycle we introduced "primary testers" who get direct notifications of immediate releases (or RCs). I presume that for the channels we could simply ask anyone who registers a channel to provide a contact email address (maybe we already do) and mail these people notifications directly. That should give us more or less prefect coverage. |
